This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made with a nice quality Bubinga with an ebony ferrule and pyrite spacer.

Medium size, it is suited for a 240 Gyuto or similar.

Handle is sanded to 800 grit and then coated in 5-6 coats of sealer for longer protection.

Care :

• Handwash with soapy water and towel dry.
• Do not put in dishwasher, nor soak in water for long periods of time.
• Oil on a fairly regular basis or sand with 0000 steel wool and reapply a sealer like tru-oil as needed.
